Went to Home Goods today found TeaBloom glass teapot on sale on clearance for 50% off. Went to counter price came up regular. Showed display of clearance with 10 other same teapot and sign. Manager refused to honor price. I could see if it was one item placed in wrong area but to see at least 10. Watch the prices. Definitely a call in problem. Poor customer service and when your wrong you are supposed to honor the price. Bad management!

This was the first time I'd ever been to a home goods store and I was thoroughly impressed. I can't wait to go back again. There isn't enough time in the day to go through everything. I was very impressed with the high end items available at this store, such as talavera. Their prices were exceptional. My only suggestion would be for the store to be more organized and tidy.

Extremely rude workers. Not sure if they’re just playing the part of cranky old women but those ladies are the worst. The assistant manager is no better and is quite useless. The store itself is nicely put together for the most part but TJ MAXX next door is sooooo much better. Kudos to those folks for having the item in stock and a great assistant manager to help me navigate the store to find what I was looking for. Couldn’t find anyone like her at HG.
