While filing the way that I needed to was rather expensive, I really did feel like the people at Jackson Hewitt had my best interests at heart and were willing to speak kindly and respectfully to me, even when I did not understand something. There wasn't a moment while I was in the office that I felt like I was being talked down to or disrespected. Many people, especially in a professional setting, do not treat younger people like myself as though we are intelligent. The Jackson Hewitt team did just that though! Amazing experience.

Took nearly 2.5 hours, and mistakes were made that were obvious I had to correct when we went over it. The cost was ridiculous, I won't return next year and highly don't recommend.
