I was traveling through needing an oil change. I didn't even have to get out of the car. I had my dogs they had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. It was great having the convenience and speed got me right back on my trip to get home. Thanks, jiffy lube

Everything was pretty good. Nothing exemplary and nothing terrible. The reason for -2 stars is because they left the undercarriage really dirty. When they drained the oil, they left oil all over the skid plate, which spilled on my garage floor. I freaked out thinking it was a leak, so I took it to the shop, where they informed me that it was just a sloppy oil change.

Went in for an oil change, and they gave me an invoice that listed a bunch of other âcompletedâ services that they didnât do after I had already paid. They said their manager makes them do that for complementary services and they couldnât give me an updated invoice. Now Iâm not sure what was done and what wasnât. This location used to be really good, but kind of shady now. Wonât be going back.

I always dread getting any auto service done, thus usually ask my husband take my car in. To my relief, this visit to Jiffylube was quick, easy and even PLEASANT!
Even with a slight delay at the start (customer before me needed the bay I was about to pull into) James and the rest of the staff respectfully kept me informed/of what was happening & why. They were efficient, helpful and got me in & out in no time. Thank you!

All went well. I guess it's worth the money since we didn't ever get out of the car, but that also means we had to drive up on that scary car lift with the hole under the car.

Please customers don't bring your car here!! I recently brought my car to get and oil change, come to find out it was never completed and they charged me over one hundred dollars and just reset the program to say oil change was completed.
