“I've only been here once and had them dry clean two suits for me. The suits and everything were clean and pressed as asked and by the time I needed them, but the communication here leaves a bit to be desired. I love getting a text or a call when my stuff is done and they offered that but never followed through with it.”
“I think people are being a little hard. They’re willing to say all the washers aren’t working or dryers aren’t working, but they aren’t willing to call the Owner and tell them hey this needs to be fixed. How are they supposed to know that they need to be fixed unless someone tells them. It doesn’t just magically say hey I’m broken over here. You have to tell somebody that it’s not working.
I agree that sometimes it needs to be a little bit cleaner, but I have to also admit that it’s in a very great spot. They’re open a lot earlier than anywhere else in Bastrop I hope this someday they’ll go to the cards like the new watcher app because getting quarters is a pain in the butt”

“I went here today and it was fine. There was definitely some soap residue in the washing machines that needs to be cleaned. But the restroom and the floors were clean. The man and lady who seemed to be in charge were friendly and helpful. There were lots of machines available and I was out in about an hour and a half.”
