The staff is great and helpful. Lots of washers and dryers. Needs a little bit of love, but it’s in good hands. Excited for it to return to being the best in bastrop!

Many of The machines were not in working order and the dryers that were working did not get hot enough to dry as it should. I lost 21 quarters that the attendant on duty said she could not refund. I also heard other customers complain about losing money in machines that did not work. The washateria needs to be kept cleaner because your clothes may touch other surfaces while there.

I stopped in to do some laundry but didn't stay. The soap dispensers of the large machines were so disgusting that I couldn't imagine my clothes wouldn't end up covered in mold spores.

It was nice. I liked it. Most of the dryers did not get as hot as I would have liked. But hey when I need laundry done I'm definitely coming back here

The manager is great very helpful. Only thing they need to do is update and repair a few machines. 10/8/2023 there are more machines down since last time I was in. Very busy day and people having to wait long periods for machines because so many are broken.

My bf works on the road so I have to go to laundromats to clean clothes. This place is filthy. all the washers were moldy, honestly so gross. Will never come back here. Worst laundromat Ive been to and i’ve been to over 20. somebody needs to come clean this place. There’s no telling what the lint traps for the dryers look like. Sorry to be a Karen, but it was so dirty.

None of the big washers were working. Only had 3 of them, and the rest were small. It's a tight space in there, not necessarily their fault.

Most machines didn’t work and had tape over coin slots. Every other machine had a line of people waiting for it. So I guess if you have nothing better to do with your day but wait for the handful of over used washing machines to become available then this place will be fine.
