Pump 5 overcharged my card and I went in to dispute charge. First I was told I’d just get my money back in 24 hours without doing anything about it, I asked how they would know to refund me. Next I was told I actually need to call Chevron. They dismissed me and I said I’d like the number. They gave me a pamphlet for a business credit card and said that’s all they can do. I told them they needed to close down pump 5 or put a sign up if it was charging customers more than it should be and they just laughed. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. Have been to this station frequently and usually there is a very friendly older man present. He was unfortunately not there. I’ve been here numerous times and will make sure I go elsewhere from now on.
