My taxes were done completely wrong. I've been dealing with the IRS for over a month now because Liberty didn't update my address. I didn't even work - no W-2 or anything. I claimed my child for 2022 and 2023, and he charged me $600. What a complete scam! I had to file a change of address form with the post office so that I would receive the letters the IRS was sending me. I had to copy my 2020 taxes, my 2022 taxes, and my 2023 taxes, as well as my change of address form and a bunch of other stuff, to send to the IRS. This cost me over $50, so now Liberty Tax is going to cost me $650+ for doing a shoddy job on my taxes! I have contacted corporate four times. Honestly, I'm completely frustrated and irritated. I in no way feel like he deserves the $600 that he charged me. When I receive my refund from the IRS, I expect a refund from you too!

Awesome experience today at Liberty Tax for Mom and Dads taxes. From initial phone calls for information, pricing and setting appointment to the experience today.Jonathan Voight was polite, friendly, informative. He put my parents at ease, accommodating Dad’s disabilities. He also put my mind at ease just knowing that one more thing can be checked off their never ending list. Also their pricing is very reasonable, but the personable service is what won us over.
