Awesome experience today at Liberty Tax for Mom and Dads taxes. From initial phone calls for information, pricing and setting appointment to the experience today.Jonathan Voight was polite, friendly, informative. He put my parents at ease, accommodating Dad’s disabilities. He also put my mind at ease just knowing that one more thing can be checked off their never ending list. Also their pricing is very reasonable, but the personable service is what won us over.

This is the second year we have filed our taxes with Liberty Tax Lockhart. The people are friendly and helpful even through the pain of having to pay in to the IRS. I highly recommend these tax professionals. They have an office in Bastrop also and they really like to work with teachers, veterans, and first responders.

I have used Liberty Tax in Bastrop, TX for multiple years now. In all the time I have been going there to get my taxes done I have never had a negative experience. The folks that have prepared my returns have always been friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I have never had any issue with any of the returns they did. The experiences with them absolutely blows away the huge company I was letting do my taxes before going to see the great folks at Liberty! Thank you Liberty Tax and all the staff for doing such an amazing job, and thank you for always remembering that the one's sitting across the desk from you are people!**Update: I have worked with an amazing man (Jonathan) at Liberty Tax for the past few years and he is honest and caring and such a pleasure to work with getting my taxes filed.
