I had a big branch fall on my car and smash the sunroof and dent my roof pretty good I brought my car in and was serviced in a timely manner and was treated with respect everytime I called to check in highly recommend them for all damages to your car mine looks brand new again

They continued to lie about the status of repairs. It is next to impossible to get them by phone. Our vehicle is still missing parts since 11-2023. Never again.

Lost pines pain and body shop is the best place to get your job done for your car. For my first experience there ,customer service was good, the pain and body work were excellent and Mike was amazing work out with me and insurance. I got my vehicle today and I am happy to see that it looks good.

We took on some body damage to our 2017 optima after being forced into a ditch. I've taken another car for repair up in Georgetown, won't even do that again! So we took our car to Lost Pines Paint & Body for the repairs. Night and day difference! They went above and beyond what I had expected. Even repaired body damage that wasn't reported. The car looks better than new. We are very happy with the results. If you need body repair, I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

I needed a door handle painted and installed on my F350 to replace a broken one. Mike gave me a fair price and honored that price. The paint job and installation were perfect. I highly recommend Lost Pines Paint & Body.

Took my car in after hitting a deer. They provided transportation back to my home after dropping my car off. Kept me up to date on insurance correspondence and other issues. Repairs were done pretty fast and am happy with the results.

So the work they did was great however they went over the thirty days I had with my rental car. I asked if there was anything they could do the most they did was give me a discount on my insurance deductible cut it in half. The thing is because they went over Enterprise charged me close to $400 in extra fees that my insurance will not cover because they had a month.
