Had to pick up a rental car for a couple of days as the companies in Austin were sold out. Walker in without a reservation and was on the road in 15mins in a brand new Corolla.
Shout out to Mariana Campos for making the process so smooth. Very professional and helpful.
I will make the drive here when I am shopping for my next Toyota. The only problem is, they last forever š. Thank you all.

The knowledge of the woman named Priscila is amazing- always so helpful!! Thank you so much!! I also have to praise Erika in service - she is stepping up big time/ I appreciate all the staff helping me and explaining my maintenance- and calming me down after finding out we lost Cam ! Love my Lost Pines dealership-I am glad to see upper management making improvements to keep this place a fine running machineā¦Big shout out to Priscila - we would be completely lost without her dealing with my trustā¦

Very unprofessional and lacking adequate customer service. I booked a rental for Sunday-Monday, after I googled rental places in Bastrop. Submitted it and received a confirmation email shortly afterwards. A few hours later I received a call from Mariana (whom needs further training in customer service) stating that they could not honor my rental because they are closed on Sundays. How was I suppose to know that. I did not look at their hours of operation, since I based their availability on what I could book. Not only did she inform me that they were closed on Sundays, she couldnāt give me a discount or honor something else SINCE they were the ones who dropped the ball here. Her tone was unapologetic and she just kept saying āUM, UM,ā and not making it right. Total waste of time and energy. Go somewhere else.

Marianna was very helpful and explained the entire rental experience to me before I stepped out the door. I loved the vehicle! It was clean and comfortable. Sales staff is always so helpful and friendly.

We had a very pleasant experience renting a vehicle with Toyota. We were stressed after a very awful experience at Enterprise (a reservation there was made a month in advance that enterprise did not honor) we walked in and told Sherri what we needed so we could go to my sons wedding out of town and she got us signed up and out of there quickly. We will only do business renting a vehicle from Toyota from now on.
