If I could I would fight everyone in this dealership. They check every box on the sleazy car dealership list. They have almost gotten me killed on one occasion and they were like "Oops one of our techs must have bumped off your air intake." For the layman that part can cause your car to shut off while driving. They didn't apologize or anything so that's pretty cool. One time before I gave up on this place they told me they would get my maintenance done before close and when I showed up at closing looking for my keys not only was it not done but nobody knew where my car/keys were. When I got mad (I'm not proud of that one I dont like yelling at people in the service industry) one of the moose knuckles I dealt with told me i needed to watch myself. Oh I also work in a tire shop and they told me my tread was at 2/32 and needed to be changed. When I went to work to measure that for myself they were at 3-4/32 which may not seem huge but is the difference between being able to safely repair/rotate and balance the tire. So I'm an idiot for trying to work with them so often but they are quite simply one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. And yes I would actually fight them if I thought any of them had the spine for it.

I have been using them for service since they opened. Even bought a Tundra and Camry from them. I made an appointment for an oil change and arrived at my designated time and was told that it would be 90 minutes before they could start. There were 6 vehicles in line. I said "I have an appointment" and the service writer's reply was "so does everyone in line." I felt that he was not being honest with me, do they schedule six people in the same time slot? Not too smart. It is obvious they are doing first come first serve regardless of appointments. I called later that afternoon to talk to the service manager, he was "in a meeting." He never called back.

Part 1 I bought a really nice truck here,that dad things are is that I'm a disabled veteran with huge comprehension issues, so much , sometimes friends will help me, I told my salesman Mr Soto this, I was shown the truck, friends did the research and the truck process in point, I told Mr Soto I do NOT want any after market stuff added no warranty no notta just bottom price, he tried to push some security bullshite , I told him no after market anything,I looked him in the eye he assured me there is no after market anything, i have to depend on people to be honest , Mr Soto proved to be a liar, I get to finance , again I specifically said No AFTER MARKET anything Kailey I think her name is , promised and assured me there is no after market anything, what they do is spin it to where you don't see that they are adding thousands of dollars of additional items to your price. Lost Pines Toyota took me for 6555.00 i would have never ever known of this untill they sent paper work signed by them not by me. They stole 6555.00 from me. They did it without you even knowing, the owner Carlos Loriano , has tagyt his employees to lie cheat and steal from you #carlosliriano @carlosliriano.knowing lost lines employees are trained to lie I no longer feel safe speaking to an employee, all they do is lie. Sorry your taking chances with your finances if you buy here , now I have a truck which I paid for fully and I look at it , and see that lost pines Toyota stole from me knowingly just sad Stand by for part two

Michael Liriano is awesome! Let me explain: I have been wanting a 2023 Prius since I saw the first photos of this new generation Prius. But following the news, I knew obtaining one in 2023 was a long shot. I initially inquired at the Toyota dealership closest to my house and was told they had a waitlist and it cost $500 to get on it. They also said I'd be waiting months and they had no idea when a Prius close to my specifications would come in. All the other dealerships in and around Austin told me the same. But Michael told me something totally different. He asked me what my specifications were, did some research, and found my car! Then he coordinated a dealer to dealer trade and my car arrived exactly when he said it would! I couldn't believe it! Everything about the transaction was smooth, all things considered regarding how car buying is in this day in age. But Michael, Beau and Cody made sure we were taken care of and in and out quickly! We will definitely be buying all of our Toyotas from Lost Pines!
