I rarely went to McCoy's in the past. I will be going there more. Their service is great and I didn't have to waste time looking for parts.

Very disappointing. On June 5 we paid for a special order and were told we would be called when it arrived at the store in approximately 2 weeks. On June 17th husband called to check on status of order only to find out the order had arrived on the 11th! No call to let us know When we get there to pick, up, it was an “oh well sorry bout that” no call Like this was an every day event. Then the order couldn’t be found! I’m sure bc it sat around so. What’s happened to good customer service. No you are not doing me a favor! There is too much competition around you.
