Need bettee price tag with the bundle just like the try to sell it inside to make more sales can someone explain to me how a $169.99 goes to $390.00 with the bundle the people don’t ask to buy the force you!

Not in better customer service went to buy a cell phone for my number there is the person who claims to be the Manager told me that I could not put my same number if he buys the accessories that I use as a special package I only table my same number He told me I could go to Best Buy if I wanted the same number and he could only help me if I wanted a new number!

Went in to switch carriers and the staff there are awesome . Jeremiah and joe helped us with no problems . Knows how to treat their customers right . Good customer service

The staff treats people very badly, they do not provide quality service or help make the experience pleasant, rather they try to get away from the customer quickly with an arrogant attitude, do not visit this store

I actually got a phone from here as a gift and they have way better service in the cedar creek area then crikey and they are cheaper as well

Went in to pay my bill that's over $55. They never have any change for big bills !They never have any phones in stock to up grade your phone . Ordered a new phone it never came in. Rude and unconcerned customer service .
