Went in to pay my bill that's over $55. They never have any change for big bills !They never have any phones in stock to up grade your phone . Ordered a new phone it never came in. Rude and unconcerned customer service .

Customer service at this place sucks.I don't understand why this company (METRO PCS) hires such unqualified personnel to offer a service that is so easy... on 04/19/2022 at 10 am I was attended by a woman who was very rude... if she is so upset about working there because it would be better if she doesn't leave and she gives that position to someone who really values it

I went to this location the other day, cause cuz I was having issues with my old phone so I try to get a new phone , Jackie was really friendly helpful and really professional and I was really satisfied with my new phone. I'm going start coming to this location all the time because she gave me good service and thanks you Jackie for your hard work and service.
