“I’ve been with T-Mobile for my Internet for a few years now. I have never once had a bad experience in store. Today I went to work, I work from home. I went to work all was fine. Then, out of nowhere my Internet stopped working. I started panicking because I just started this job. I went to look at my router, it kept power cycling itself. It was 30 minutes until the store closed And I hauled my butt up there knowing I live 28 minutes away and Ricky and Reyna we’re so kind when I called up to beg them to please stay late for me. I walked in the store with my router at 7:59. They were so polite, even though they were being forced to stay late and they both made sure that I got my router so quickly and I am writing this review. On my way home at 8:08 PM. They had me in and out in six minutes. Exceptional customer service, exceptionally empathetic people.Wonderful hires T-Mobile. Absolutely will recommend for anyone to come in store.”
“they were so quick and so helpful! i went in expecting them to possibly overcharge me due to bad experiences i’ve experienced with cellphone repairs, but they were so professional and fixed the problem in my phone in a little over 30 minutes and under $50.
