I moved about a month ago and rented a U-Haul from here. Floyd is an absolute delight. I switched my reservation to an earlier time online, and he accommodated and was there right on the dot. He made the whole experience enjoyable and even gave me some helpful tips when I told him I had never hauled anything before. Solid place and a solid dude running it.

This is THE best place to rent a Uhaul. Floyd is awesome. He treats every customer like a VIP. Rentals are squeaky clean. I rent Uhauls on the reg and I won't go anywhere else in Bastrop.

I only put a 1 star because I had too!! We returned truck in perfect condition , gas’s filled up as suppose to, and swept it out! This man had no reason to treat us with disrespect. I had moved a box out of our passenger seat to be able to let my boyfriend drive our truck back home and dropped an envelope and two napkins by accident, which I DID NOT REALIZE, or I would of picked it up but this man working their got in his truck and ran us down thinking at us on the highway could of EASILY caused an accident and yelled out the window you need to come pick up your trash you threw out and at first I didn’t know what he was talking about so we thought it could of been something important since we are in the process of moving and no it was those two things. He yelled was really rude and could have caused us to get hurt. Never again!

Floyd was a lifesaver! He didn’t have the 20 ft uhaul we needed so he moved our reservation to a company who did. He called me and told me all the details! He even calmed me down on the weekend when the other business was closed. I highly recommend Floyd and his company!

Floyd is the consummate professional. A more positive, friendly and courteous businessman would be hard to find. Floyd went out of his way, coming in on his day off, to rent me a car hauler one-way to Tulsa, and patiently walked me through the hook up, loading and unloading process. I will look for opportunities to refer business to him. He deserves all he can get!! Thank you, Floyd. You have earned yet another fan.
