Plus sizes are no longer offered in-store. The only reason I wanted to shop there was to get some new shirts for myself and my husband but as it turns out... plus-size shoppers are no longer supported and have to shop online.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY SHIRTS HERE, especially as school is starting! We bought two shirts, and with the first wash in cold water, they both shrunk up like crop tops!! I took them back immediately with the receipt, and store supervisor said Old Navy would not return them, or even give me a store credit— even with the receipt—because “they were washed.” So, apparently, you can buy your children shirts here, but you can never ever ever wash them. ?♀️The most ridiculous encounter I have ever had with a retail store.?♀️ The quality of Old Navy merchandise has tanked, and their customer service in Bastrop location quickly did, too. Very disappointing.

They have a good size selection just not really my style. The staff was really friendly and helpful. If you like old navy clothes then I would recommend this place

I'm actually genuinely surprised at all of their new clothing items. They have decently priced items and have a lot of sales going on. I was able to find workout pants, shirts and everything I needed for a reasonable price.

The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate that they honored a coupon I had received via email and that they signed me up for rewards. The manager, David, clearly cares about his store and ensuring every customer is treated well. Sherly, my cashier who also helped me locate items, was equally nice and informative. She signed me up for the rewards program and helped me find some clothing. She is definitely the kind of employee you want to keep and promote! If every store offered the helpful and friendly service that this store offers, I'd shop in person more often. I'll definitely be coming back.

It's really nice to have a chain like Old Navy in Bastrop. The store is clean and organized as of today. My little one really enjoys the hopscotch and ball machine in the kids section. The staff we encountered were very kind and helpful.
Update: Store staff is very friendly and helpful. Great variety and great prices!
