I stopped in here after Napa would not help me change out my battery. Joseph said it would be no problem. The battery terminal was stuck in a way that took him so much effort and time to get off. It was all hands on deck two other employees came out one being the manager, the other Ginger. lol and at one point, another guy came out to help. Teamwork definitely made the dream work. I am now back in motion. I am a woman who doesn’t know anything about vehicles and was beside myself with what to do. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and generosity. They really didn’t have to do that.

If only waiters at restaurants could give this kind of customer service. So patient working through a weird warranty, hiccup. Dealing with people with broken car parts and continuing to have patience.

I went to get wiper blades in Bastrop, TX location and was glad to see they installed them. A worker by the name of LJ installed my wipers, all the while he was telling me how easy it was. Well about an hour later I put them on because there was a dense fog and my driver's side came completely off and it scared me to death because all the sudden there was medal rubbing up against my glass, I immediately turned them off and pulled over. It was very dark but I saw that the piece was luckily laying underneath the windshield in the gap between window and hood. I like to add these wipers were not cheap either between the two of them they cost over 80 dollars so for that kind of money you would think they could be installed correctly. If it had been raining I would not have been able to drive home as I was 30 minutes from my house. I was not sure if it was negligence on the installer part or the part was defaulted until I went to Oreilly's in Elgin today. The guy that was working came out and put the part on correctly and the wipers worked fine and did not fall off. I just had to put this review out there so that hopefully this worker gets better training, and also so other customers know to check the work of the installers as this could have potentially been a lot worse.

I have one vehicle between my wife and I. With kids, if our car goes down we are in trouble. Our vehicle had to be jumped twice today, so we brought it up to O Reilly’s to have it tested. Jose came out to test the battery and alternator, and found the issue to be the battery. He assisted in finding me the right battery. Before I paid for the battery, Jose and Armando wanted to make sure it worked before I paid for it. These gentlemen went above and beyond by assisting me with my issue. They were extremely professional and persistent in solving my issue. I am grateful they were able to help me. Jose and Armando I thank you for your exceptional service.

I have always had great service from the associates at O'Reilly Auto Parts...until today. Took in a core for an alternator and a charger that didn't have enough muscle to get my 5.9 Cummins diesel cranked over. The associate I spoke with had a scrappy attitude from the start! Bordered on being flat out rude. If you go into the store in Bastrop, beware of a red headed guy named Willis. Crappy attitude all the way around! How he still has a job is beyond me.
