This place was absolutely disgusting. There were three employees in the front and two just standing around the kitchen. Trash cans were overflowing and toilet paper on the floor in the stalls. Men's restroom was flooded out. There were a total of 8 customers in store and 5 of those 8 were my family. There was no greeting when we walked in and after we used restrooms and paid for 7 drinks we were not even offered a bag to carry the bottled sodas. Shelves were bare and had so many empty places. Just go acrosss the highway to buccees. You would be so much better off and safer honestly.

Decided to stop at QT for easy of fast on restroom break instead of crossing under freeway to Buc-ee’s. Bathroom was smelly and trash was overflowing. Next time we will spend the extra couple minutes for a clean restroom.

They had a billboard saying they now provide weight scales for trailers , now it’s been about a month and they are still working on it , kinda sucks for a big company 🤭do better qt

I prefer coming to this QT then any other surrounding gas station and that's including a Buc-ee's!!! The customer service is always on point, the food is well prepared, and the priority for a timely check out is never a doubt. Over the years the cashiers have come and gone of course but overall the manager runs this store so efficiently that I feel safe and confident in bringing my four young children in with me and hardly ever have to worry about any kind of temper tantrums due to waiting in line like at most other places. I would give this place 10 thumbs up if I had 10 hands.

A guy named Chas A. is a nasty guy who doesn't like treating customers well. He was standing in line for a moment with no one else around and he didn't serve me, he just ignored me. Another girl comes up and he immediately served her. If you're in a job where you don't like treating people, what the hell are you doing there? Get another job where maybe you'll do it well.

Friendly staff and great concept but they can’t keep product in stock. I love their coffee bar but they are out of product more than they have stock. Cold brew coffee has been out for the last 4 days. Unsweet tea out the last three days. I have seen multiple people walk out frustrated when they can’t get basic drinks. I am not sure what management, or lack of, is doing here. I am just going across the street to Buc-ees.

Everyone be careful of this location if getting fuel and prepaying make sure it’s the actual receipt for your final purchase I was over charged and was passing through
