I went i. Expecting not to find anything in my size or anything I even liked. But if it wasn't for one young associate by the name of JAZZ I most likely would have left without making a purchase. She helped with go through different shoe options that were both in my size and within my budget. She is truly a blessing and a wonderful addition to the rack room shoes family. She has made my entire day worth getting out of the house for. She's the sweetest person I've ever met.

The staff was nice but the new policy on buy one get one half off sucks. Its only on specific "Rack Room" brands or very ugly shoes... i wanted to pair of hey dudes... guess its back to Amazon

My father went in to purchase some shoes today and was very pleased by the customer service. Hector more specifically, was very considerate, his patience and willingness to help was very appreciated. He went above and beyond to make sure my father found exactly what he wanted/needed. I recommend him to anyone who is shopping at this location.

My wife loves this store. She finds shoes every time she goes. The store seems a little overcrowded with narrow isles.

Staff was extremely rude. Bought a pair of sandals that I couldn’t try on in the store because almost every stool had boxes of shoes piled on them. They didn’t fit well and were uncomfortable, so I brought them back. Never worn beyond a minute try-on. They asked why I was returning them and I said when I tried them on they just didn’t fit, to which the cashier immediately responded that they don’t take worn merchandise for returns. I told them I only tried them on, that they weren’t worn beyond that, and the rude man repeated, loudly (in a store full of customers on a Saturday afternoon) that they do not take returns on worn merchandise. They are BRAND NEW! No signs of wear on the bottoms, inside, anywhere. Box in perfect condition, and bought them less than a week ago. Before I could say another word the man looked over me and rudely said “Next.” and gestured for my daughter and I to move out of the way. So embarrassing and frustrating to be treated that way.

*Read very small print... on window posters! Buy 1, get 1 50% off!! Not! Nope! Nada!! Picked up 2 pairs of high-end shoes to be told they don't qualify!! Both pair over $80.00 each!! I was so upset in Bastrop,TX that we don't have a lot of choices!! I walked out!!
