Great customer service. They give discounts to return customers. Call for an appointment. I had an emergency that made me late to my appointment. They still worked me in and I was so appreciative. They always do good work.

I needed the rear sliding glass on my truck replaced before the weekend and found RMK Glass on google. They got me taken care of in a timely manner and did a great job. The customer service was amazing! I will definitely return and refer them to everyone.

I came here for a windshield chip repair (for a chip that happened this morning, worried about the heat making it get worse), I was able to get in right away. The repair was completed quickly, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the price was great. No complaints and I will definitely be back if I have anymore chips (which seems to be inevitable thanks to the amount of driving I do on the toll road). 10/10

Contacted RMK Glass and Mirror to replace a window. They scheduled a time to come out and measure it, they were on time and provided us a time when the new window pane should be ready to install.Jesse and Zach came to install the new window, they were very professional and polite. They answered some follow up questions we had and did a great job. I would definitely recommend RMK for your glass needs.

Very helpful when I needed replacement glass for home window. New glass looks great and matches existing (15+ year old) window glass perfectly.

We used this local business for our 2021 Kia's windshield replacement. That part was fine. Though, when they scheduled me in the middle of December right at the time Bastrop got this severe cold weather front coming through, I should have read the signs better than that. I knew that glues and sealants do not work and should never be used in cold weather conditions, so I rescheduled for a later time when the climate was more suitable for such an operation. I called, talked to mrs. Carole, quite a few times actually, an finally brought the car for its windshield replacement. Work was done. Came back later that day to get the car back. Paid my deductible, and got the keys. At that time, when all was finished, mrs Carole proceeds to tell me: "Oh, by the way, we do not do the recalibration of the electronics system (found between the windshield and rear view mirror). But our technician is usually pretty good at realigning those things himself. But, if you have any issue with the system, I will give you a couple of names and numbers of locations that do the recalibration." Of course, that's in Austin, not in Bastrop. So, for the next week of so, all bells and warnings go off in the car. Nothing is working as expected. I call places in Austin and am told the following, "the recalibration cannot be done properly and takes much longer and will cost you $500 in labor." This is because, before the windshield is removed, the system on the windshield must be measured out by computer, then windshield is replaced, then the recalibration is done using the previously stored figures. In the end, I had Safelite come to my house, do the recalibration and insurance paid for it. Thank god. If you have a vehicle with all the new technology such as lane departure warnings, automatic headlight/high beam on/off, etc, make sure you use a service that does everything in house and DON'T USE RMK GLASS.

A rock from a dump truck hit my windshield and I wanted to get it fixed before it spread. I called several places that didn't answer the phone. RMK answered and were very professional and fixed the chip. They explained the steps to fix it. All staff was nice and the young man doing the work made me feel like I made the right choice. Great work.

I've been a Binswanger glass customer for many years. I needed some glass panels made to protect the top of my vintage Magnavox console TV/Stereo. It has a large panel in the center and two sliding doors covering the turntable on one side and controls on the other. I Googled to see if there was a glass shop in Bastrop and found RMK. Support local they say..So I did. I took the measurements and took both of the physical sliding top covers to the shop so they could make sure they are right. The woman at the front told me that they were short handed and it would be about three weeks. Wow that's a long time but okay. Binswanger probably would have done it in two days. So weeks past and nobody called and I checked in. Nope not ready but they're working on it.. Called the next day, yes they are done. So I get there and the two door glasses were done but not the top. They said come back in a couple of hours so I had to mill around Bastrop for two hours. Got them home and the first thing I did was tried to put the top center piece which was heavier glass..It was exactly an inch too long, even though the dimensions on the paperwork were correct. Not only that the edges were finished very poorly. So I moved on to the sliders. The first one fit great. The second one..An inch too long. This was Tuesday. I turned right around and took those two pieces and the door back. They said they would fix it. Would it be done by Thursday? "it should be" So today is Thursday. I called around noon and Zach told me that they would be done by the end of the day so I came back at 4:30..Still not done!!!!! I had to stand there and wait. Zach worked on them for a while then walked away and passed by me. Another guy finished. He finally brought the pieces and put them in my car. The edges of the large glass was still not very well finished. I got home, and the other glass is too wide..I couldn't test this the first time because the glass was too long to fit down onto the door but it's about 1/8" too wide so the door won't open. I'm fairly disgusted with the service I received and not even an apology for making me come back three times for their errors. I've included photos. Three pics of the edges of the large glass and how much off the door glass was. I'm not going back. I'm going to Binswanger in Austin. Do yourself a favor..Call Binswanger...

I'd like to say we had a great experience doing business with them. Unfortunately the lack of professionalism and follow up from a incomplete job has me posting otherwise. I had called to have them install glass on a retiled bathroom. When we got the quote the installer saw that we had the old glass equipment he suggested to reuse that as it would be quicker. After the glass install the shower leaked due to all the old seals not being installed. I have called several times with no follow up. I was told I can install it myself. So I would not recommend unless you know how to fix your shower glass yourself.

On Friday, July 28, I walked into the shop to see if they could help with my rearview mirror. This Texas heat was too strong for the store bought mirror glue. I was having to replace the adhesive every few days. The staff was friendly upon walking in. I had to return to the shop the next business day. On that day I was greeted by a gentleman who tending to a customer outside with a glass repair on his vehicle. The gentleman with colorful curly hair had a bubbly personality which was welcoming and down to Earth. The bond that he used to fix my mirror is holding up so far in this 100 degree weather. Hope it continues. If I ever need their services again, I'll be sure to check our RMK Glass & Mirror for sure.

Zaq at RMK Glass & Mirror was incredibly helpful, kind, and squeezed us in at the very end of the day to inspect our windows and give us an estimate. I will definitely be reaching back out for any future window/glass/mirror needs.
