Yay, a day for nails, the sign reads something like that. I surely felt that way! And the luxury of this small town Saigon Spa and Nails was certainly inviting. Comfortable lounge chairs, diligent attendees, quiet soothing music. I would just like to know how to grow orchids as theirs.

I can’t say enough good things about Saigon Nails in Bastrop! After trying several places in town and even resorting to driving all the way to Austin for my nails, I finally found this hidden gem thanks to a patient of mine who recommended it.
I booked a same-day appointment for 3 PM and was seated almost right away. My nail tech, Harmonie, was incredible. I told her I wanted a thinner, more natural-looking nails, and she suggested starting fresh with a new set. She was so efficient—removing my old nails and completing a brand-new set in what felt like no time, all while paying attention to every detail.
The shape of my nails is perfect, the thickness is exactly what I asked for, and she even took the time to trim and oil my cuticles. It’s the most natural and beautiful set I’ve had in a long time.
I’m so happy I don’t have to drive to Austin anymore—I’ve finally found my go-to nail tech right here in Bastrop. If you’re looking for amazing service and flawless nails, I highly recommend Harmonie at Saigon Nails!

This is hands down the best snail salon around! I have a hair salon and asked everyone who came in and loved their nails for years where they went and all said Saigon. Everyone here is friendly and great at what they do. Even if you walk in without an appt, everyone is equally talented.

1 star because it is required. I started going to this place about 6 months ago because it is close to home and the service WAS great each time prior to yesterday. You get 1 time to be rude to me and I'm spending my hard earned money with you.
Yesterday I went for a pedi and my daughter for a fill. I was put in a chair right away my daughter had to wait which is understandable due to us being a walk in.
As I was getting my pedi and my daughter waiting, 2 ladies walked in that were there they left and came back. The worker tells my daughter to go to her chair. She removes my daughter polish then tell her that she have to do the lady that was waiting because they were there and came back. Mind you she took my daughter's polish off. I'm coming to the end of my pedicure so I ask they guy thats doing my pedi how long before someone starts my daughter. Well he didn't speak English, so another lady asked in their language and I was told about 15-20 minutes. I then asked why did she take the polish off if she knew she wouldn't be able to complete the service. I could have left to run a few errand and brought my daughter back. The room got completely silent for about a minute and I said is there no answer for that question. The lady that was responding tells me with an attitude and rolling her neck, I don't know what's going on in the front she is going to answer you, you have to give her a minute, then silence again. Finally she tells me they were here first and came back. I told her I understand that part and its not even about them I'm asking why would you take her polish off and have her hands look crazy if you knew you wouldn't be able to complete the service we could have left and came back. She get loud and tell me to be patient and let her explain. I said no never mind but she still said the same thing. These ladies left and came back I said I'm not mad at the fact they left and came back rightfully so you owe them their service because you told them to come back so thats like an appointment. WHY DID YOU TAKE THE POLISH OFF, its like you did it thinking well if I take the polish off she have to stay here so we can finish her nails. As a money grab! I then tell the ladies that were getting serviced that I wasn't upset with them I just want the workers to understand how they should not have taken the polish off if they were not going to finish the service. They lady understood and her grandmother apologized to my daughter my daughter also told her it wasn't her fault and no need to apologize she wasn't mad at her. So the ladies that came back were made aware of my point and that I wasn't upset with them at all. About 20 minutes later they then sit another woman at the pedicure chair after her nails and then go to my daughter and I say NO THANK YOU we will be going somewhere else. Mind you they were brushing someone else to the side to do my daughter which is not right. AND of course they start talking in their language yet again amongst each other. I didn't care! Right is right dont start if you cant finish, dont play musical chairs with your PAYING CUSTOMERS. You treat people right when they ask you a question and you be honest.
A simple I'm sorry I needed to get them taken care of that was my mistake for taking the polish off when I wasn't ready to service her would have been OK. But to get an attitude because I questioned why you did it is diabolical. I wish I had the option to add the recording of the conversation.
Oh and I don't think the little girl (looked 5 or 6yrs old possibly the daughter of the worker) was suppose to be playing in the pedicure bowl on her mom's feet like she was giving a pedi with actual products. 🤷🏾♀️

I.LOVE.THIS.PLACE!!! Every time I come in, I am greeted by friendly and outgoing faces. Every nail technician is highly skilled and qualified for anything I throw at them. Annie is my go-to lady. She never lets me down and always guarantees her work a thousand times over. If you have a problem with this amazing nail bar, then you are probably the cause. They are fully equipped to fix your problem. Their work is the highest standards in this town. Go, don't wait! Get your nails done girl, your will not regret it. Ms. Amanda

I had my nails done on Saturday the 21st of July after about a week I was told I had to pay for the chipped nail. It wasn’t fair to need to pay for a discrepancy that the nail shop should have fixed at no expense to me! I don’t know what service or rules they go by but they don’t stand behind their work! Js🥴
