I’m at this store more than I’d like to admit. I have a small painting business and although I’ve used other paint brands on several projects, I tend to prefer SW not only because of quality and colors but also because of THIS store. It’s always clean and well stocked and the staff are phenomenal. Extra big shoutout to Payton who really knows her stuff and always goes the extra mile to be helpful and get customers taken care of quickly and effectively.

Assistant manger was rude. When she heard that I wanted a paint match she aggressively told me that she had another customer waiting for the same thing. I called first and asked if a 1/2 inch by 3/4 inch piece of the wall was enough. Also asked if I get there by 5.30 would it be enough time. Yes, was the answer. She tried to match the pain and then painted the new paint over 1/2 my piece of color sample. Then told me I needed to bring a bigger piece of sample.. But she told me while seething in anger. Customer service is important. This assistant manager does not know how to talk nicely and should not be working retail.

Great store; friendly and efficient employees; made us feel that they appreciated us as customers. Bobbi was great; she helped us choose colors; she was so patient with us and mixed ten sample colors in no time! We'll be back once we decide on our colors.

Just left this place in tears.. I went there to purchase paint for every room in my new house. I know nothing about paint, so I have questions. First I was in the store looking for the ones I came to see the most, but was hoping to get help coordinating the whole house. No one came to help. So I asked the lady behind the register. No one was in the store. She came I first asked about the swatches that were not there. She told me to drive all the way to manor to get them as they had none. Then I tried to explain that I had to purchase the paint today so I don't mind looking at other colors. 2 clients were now in the store. I went to my car to get a piece I wanted to coordinate with, when I get back she was helping some one else. Another lady walks by and ask if she could help me, but the other clerk told her to go help the other customer. So I just stood there and waited. Then I just left. I was obviously not going to get the attention I needed to get the job done. I was so excited to be purchasing my paint today. And now I'm in tears in my car. What a bust and waste of time.

Walked in at 8 minutes before closing time and was told that they could not tint paint for me.
Manager does not allow them to stay past closing time and it would take too long. If you are going to stop serving customers at 4:45 then tell people you close at 4:45. New manager. New rules. I’m

Really fantastic store; the sales clerk was very knowledgeable, helped me determine the best paints to use and was courteous, friendly and super helpful. Could not ask for a better experience. Plus the store was clean and orderly, the service was quick, and the paint itself is top notch.

Edited 10/31/23 (so appropriate for this lovely NBC loving gal) I corrected her name because I had it wrong…Desiree’s eye for coordination and assisting colors is simply on point! I chose a bunch of colors swatches while waiting for the two main samples I was interested in.Gone are the days of Modern Farmhouse and bland white interiors, bring on the Urbane Bronze, Shoji White combinations! Then onto the others including discussing Lime Washing the exterior and using a popular complimenting green as trim and black for shutters (I can’t recall the names off the top of my head, but the swatches and colors are in my profile which she entered into the system).One convenient thing- this is accessible nationwide so your colors can accessed anywhere!Thanks again for your help!
