I should have just paid the extra money and went to the one with best reviews! My daughter put her washer on cold it was steaming hot. She cleaned the filter that was very nasty. Drier sheets all over and driers smell like mouse pee! They place smells like old cigarettes! It’s a NO go! One star because they have the app on their washer and driers! Not from here, glad I’m traveling through! Vending machines empty, please notice how they sell drier sheets and pods haha!

This place has big washers that I needed for a rug. $8 and 25 minutes to wash. Not terrible. Dryers are only .25. Decently clean, vending machines, bathrooms, change stations. And you can use an app on your phone to pay, also. Plenty of parking, too. Will be back.

(This would be a 2 star rating but, because I like coming here & hope it gets corrected, I'm hoping to update this rating...)Warning: Don't use the Dexter maxi load machines #51, 53, & 55 by the change machine. Who knows how many washers actually work(?).I'm a regular customer, 2-3 times monthly. I usually prefer the older top load machines but they're getting less reliable, so I tried the Dexter maxi load (front load) machines ($3.75 / load). At most laundromats front load machines like these run at least 30 to 40+ minutes and have a soak/pre-wash cycle, but these machines either don't have it, or they're programmed to skip it & go straight into the wash cycle, and they only run about 23 minutes (not normal).** Problem: machines 51, 53 & 55 barely put out any water and didn't cycle the soap into the wash (no visible water moving around & no soap suds, just damp clothes tumbling). First I tried machines 51 & 53 (and lost $7.50) and when I saw that the soap still wasn't going in after several minutes into the wash cycle, I stopped them & tried machines 54 & 55.#54 worked ok but #55 barely put out any water and didn't inject the soap. I stopped #55 (lost another $3.75) and went to another older top load machine. No one was on site so I called the number provided in the window and the individual said they'd call the owner but I still lost more than $11.Not going to stop coming here because I like the location but kinda disappointed because you can't get a refund with no one on site.Clayton
