I went in to have my hair fixed after letting it grown out some because of a bad hair cut i had gotten from a different place(Great Clips). I told the lady cutting my hair what I normally get. After she was done I told her I wish men could come in and just say I want it to look nice and short. She then told me the plan for my next hair cut if I came back. I then told her let's just cut it that way this time. I'm convinced that most men just don't know what to say or ask for the woman knew what look good and helped me learn what to say for the future. I also can request her on the Sport Clip app which I will be doing.

Worst hair cut I have ever had in my life! The older white lady is horrible and she said she’s been doing hair for years.The Hispanic lady I always go to wasn’t there from now on if she’s not there I won’t be back!

Love Sport Clips! Use whenever I need a cut. Recently transferred to Bastrop from San Marcos and glad this store just as friendly and polite as my old location. Look forward to coming here regularly

Naydo is wonderful with our 3 year old son. He loves going to get his hair cut and she is so gentle and patient with him! She helped us figure out hours to fix my son’s damaged hair and is always so sweet when we walk in! ❤️

Friendly staff. Hair clippers they use could use those little vacuums attachment to keep hair from coming down customers face. I had hair in my lower back and mouth after I left.
Update: Doris was able to fix my haircut after getting one from Sports Clip in Plfurgerville.

Thank you for your amazing customer service. My 95-year-old father was greeted with the most amazing customer service and haircut from Doris. I asked if I could have a water for my father and they said the company does not provide them.
Such a great gesture for your company to have waters if the customer really needs one.

Apparently, this store doesn’t work their actual hours of operation, which closes ridiculously early anyways. Got here before 3:30, knowing they close at 4 and they were already closed. This is at least the second time this has happened to me at this location.
