I had some issues with my phone a month or so ago and then my wife needed a new phone more recently. Both times we were helped by Richard. I'll tell you Richard is great for T-Mobile as far as face of the franchise. He spent as much time as we needed to get things set up and get us back on the road. Knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating

Went in 10/26/23 for internet and the lady that helped my husband and I was so nice! Very friendly as well. She helped us fast and were out within 10 minutes. I wish I got her name but she was definitely friendly and nice!

Went it to the bastrop office which I will say ,Everytime ove gone in there for help the staff were very rude an didn't know anything . The guys today country ,an cedrick ,were great .cedrick knew exactly how to fix my phone an was very nice ..

The little girl with the tattoos and long hair was sleeping on the job acting like we disturbed her when we walked inand the man that helped us told us to go do everything online and wasn’t any help at all. Overall no customer service and no help

My experiences with this location have varied wildly... They tend to be rude on the phone. I guess because they're not a corporate store they can't do anything, Or choose not to.

Went in to get a physical SIM in place of my eSIM which I have done with other carriers before except here I was told I need to have the phone I will be using as they need it's details. That didn't make any sense as I own my phones and I am free to switch phones as I wish. They also said I had to pay $10. Anyways I was not able to do anything as the spare phone was home and once I did get home I didn't want to drive back again so I just called customer support who were wonderful. I didn't even explain anything that happened at the store, they did the swap for me over the phone AND for free and mailed it to me. Got it within 2 days. Staff at the shop are absolutely clueless about services and how things even work.

Fix your towers close to your store, im losing money, I have to have my phone to make money, I use a app for delivering, I will so switch to Verizon in a heart beat

if you are ever in need of a touch of ignorance or plain I really don't care attitude or maybe a little bit of I'm sorry I don't know how to do that, well this the best place for it, FYI don't buy T-MOBILE, you can't even get a signal in or outside the store, kind of sets the expectations of service from this company, 22 years of paying for less than mediocre service I am doing my warranty swap and going to AT&T

Not corporate store they can not help you here with anything. Your better off going to the Giddings location or driving to Austin. Where you can be helped they can only sell phones.

Tmobile tech support gave this stores address in order to swap a malfunctioning device. Employees told us they couldn't help because they are not a corporate location. Two other tmobile stores we contacted after told me this location was being dishonest. I'm assuming because they were a little busy.

So this place is super expensive first off and secondly the black girl that works there was so rude to the elder gentleman that was ahead of me u could tell she was trying to run him out the store and she wasnt trying to answer any of his questions i felt bad for him and for the worker she shouldnt be working with customers if shes gonna be rude to senior citizens like that

Do not go to this tmobile! I will drive to the Ben white tmobile than go here, they are lazy and racist. I love tmobile and have had it for years but the employees here are rude and don't act like they want your business, they say they are unable to help when I've never been told that by an emplyee.
