Really nasty customer service… every time I call and I have been using them for 2 years... If I could find another company that did home delivery service to my address, there is no doubt that I would use somebody else. The last time I called, the lady on the line actually implied that I was going to lie to her about the percentage on my tank just to get them to come fill it!! Her excuse when I called her out on what she said… “Well we have customers that do that to us!” Absolutely unacceptable ….I cannot believe they still have a person that would accuse their customers of lying to them working at the front desk.

Receptionist rude. Called me a liar when I told her I had propane left in my tank from 2013. So with that, I’m now considered a new customer and will have to pay for a membership (that I was already) and the first delivery would be higher rate for first time customer. Needless to say, won’t get my business anymore. From Carolyn Freyer.

I read some bad reviews but I always like to check things out for myself. I have been having my tanks filled at the Bastrop location for a while. I have always had fast, friendly service here. Will continue to use them for my propane needs.

As a homeowner that is new to the servicing of propane tanks, when our tank became empty, I elected to call the company listed on the side. I don't know which was more concerning - the receptionist providing misinformation on State law, or the attitude I received when attempting to obtain more information about safety inspections from her supervisor. Not only would I never trust this company with the investment that is my home, I shouldn't have even bothered to call after seeing low rating of their company online. Go else, I plan to. Their reputation is accurate.
