This was NOT my first time doing business with The Branding Shop!! There are certain times in life YOU have THE SPECIAL SHIRT which NEEDS a special MESSAGE for a SPECIAL PERSON!! I had my Granddaughter’s Select Softball Team Jersey (which was a gift to me) and wanted to add her number and another identifier on the back to show my support and identify who I was and who I represent.I walked into their shop and asked if they actually did this sort of stuff and well of course they do it!!! They literally do EVERYTHING!!So I left, went back home, grabbed THE SHIRT and gave it to Sarah (hope I spelled her name correctly) to let SHE AND JEFF do their MAGIC!!When I got the call letting me know it was ready, I raced up and OH MY GOSH—IT WAS PERFECT and I was able to wear it the next day to my Granddaughters First Select Softball Tournament with such PRIDE!!Thank you, Branding Shop for doing a fabulous job, but for also understanding how just a simple T-Shirt was Transformed into A SYMBOL OF LOVE AND SUPPORT!!My granddaughter LOVED IT and i got so many compliments!!The community of Bastrop is truly lucky and fortunate to have The Branding Shop and has again, earned my business, but more importantly, MY RESPECT!!Thank YOU BOTH for making a beautiful memory for ME!! You guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!

Would not ever recommend this place to anyone!They take way to long to make a few shirts in total it took them 2 months to make our order which is outrageous.Not much communication after ordering expensive shirts only needed to have a few made,will not be using them again.

This picture does not do the quality of this job justice! Everyone here is so friendly and communicative. I appreciated the ability to look at the logo and make changes prior to printing on the shirts. They nailed the changes and everything came out great!

Utilized this company for three separate orders. The first one everything was great. So good we went back to him again for two other orders. Order number two was a little pricey but things were good. Order number 3 had a deadline of Christmas, it was late. Once product was received and passed out to people that got their shirts, one was missing. I reached out and was asked if I double checked to make sure it was missing; it was. Reaching out again I got excuses and felt as if it was brushed off. Reached out again a week later and same thing another excuse. The entire time order number 3 was there and I followed up (being late, numerous times reaching out; as well as the missing item, once again numerous times) I have had to go to him for updates rather than me receiving updates. At least showing that there was work on that end to make the problem right. This order was placed almost a month before Christmas and due before Christmas. We received it in January. It is now February and still do not have the missing item. Tried to shop local, but after two bad experiences it will be hard for me to continue to use this local business.

I came to see Jeff when I had gotten myself into a bind and I had a deadline to meet after my original plan had failed. He was extremely patient with me and worked with what I had , plus made suggestions to make my project better. He accommodated my needs even though we had to rush, and got my shirts printed perfectly and in time! His prices were great as well! Thank you Jeff!
