First time to visit The Texas Boot Co., very nice store lots of inventory however if your looking for boots and your old school like myself and looking for a round toe boot(#6) very difficult to find at TTBC, plenty of square toed boots. Staff was very helpful and found a pair of round toe, just a couple of hundred$ over my original budget but very happy with my purchase ??

Man, I really wanted to order some boots from here and was super excited that I found exactly what I wanted on the website. Paid $800 for the boots and got an email later that day simply saying “we don’t have the boot you ordered in your size, sorry for the inconvenience.” There was no attempt to help me find a boot that might be similar or something else I would be happy with even after I asked for help. The boots I ordered still say they are available on the website as well. Ended up buying from someone else unfortunately.

I had the pleasure of finding Texas boot company through another excellent maker of western boots Black Jack Boot company. The entire staff at Black Jack was immensely helpful Sergio in particular. He is who recommended Texas boot company and the associate Kelly was really helpful providing information, searching through inventory to take the time to show the exact pair I’d receive, and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back for more pairs. I highly recommend Texas boot company the level of professionalism and customer service is exceptional. Support this American Small Business!
