My friend bought a gun safe here today 07/20/25. No one help us to load it up. The guy just stared at us with grinning face….worst tractor supply ever! Gun safe weight atleast 500lbs. If you shop at Lowe’s or Home Depot, they will help you without asking…..

They were very rude and the price is online cost more than in store I bought a saddle pad about a week ago and it delivered to the store and I called them told them it got delivered. They said he did and then hung up on me and I never got my saddle pad and inside the store I was checking out some horse feed for my horse and a lady named Ginny told me I was one dollar short and I told her let me go grab a dollar from my car and she gave me A nasty look

Make sure you check the online prices compared to the in store prices.
Trying to sell pig feed for $34.99 when it’s $19.99. I’ve mentioned this to them 5-6 times and they still won’t change it. Tractor supply in cedar creek does not have this issue.

Went to kill some time before an appointment and found some plants I have been wanting for a reasonable price. The seeds were on sale, so I tossed them in too. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I called en-route to ensure baling wire was in stock on arrival, however learned it was not. Reegan called other stores within reasonable driving distance and located what needed. Her time and effort saved driving to the wrong destination.

As much as I LOVE tractor supply! The store really needs to get their act together. I came in on a Saturday morning at 9:30 AM. All I needed was six bags of topsoil. It took 45 minutes for me to check out. For whatever reason they only had one cashier working the front. The self check out was not working correctly so we all had to wait in line for over 30 minutes to check out.

This store needs to update, fix, and repair their pet wash station. This was a huge plus for tractor supply overall, but this store seems to have had everyone love this new option. The drains on both sinks/tubs were broken, so either were rubber boots or be ready to get your feet wet. The store was out of towels and gave me and another customer hand towels. The hoses have to be turned off by hot and cold valves, so you are constantly adjusting and shutting it on/off. The drying stands didn't move up, and the pile to keep the dog leashed close was broken. Overall, the store looked great, and it's a great choice for most all farm or animal needs. Staff was okay, but not overly friendly and quick to help out. Definitely a nogo for pet wash at this location unless they fix things in the near future.

The fact that this week alone I have called 5 different times in an effort to get propane and have been DENIED service bc this store does not require a propane technician to be on staff at all open hours, is ridiculous. It’s like not having a cashier. Filling propane is not rocket science. Take the time to train more associates on how to do it. And work harder as management to ensure one or multiple are always on staff. It’s ridiculous this store offers propane for less hours a day than not. Get it together. Winter is here.
