“Delivered excellent service in reservations, at pickup, for call-in support, and at drop off. Loved the bucket seats and back-up camera (at least during daylight hours - tougher to use it at night). The larger trucks have dynamic cruise control that will maintain a perfect distance to the vehicle ahead of you. Our 20-footer had a separate light switch on the cab to control lighting on the cargo hold. That was nice. You don't need to use the battery on cab lights while you're loading or unloading. The translucent roof lets enough light in to be very useful in the daytime. Note that a Penske 12- foot truck has roughly the same cargo space as a UHaul 15-footer, as UHaul counts the "Momma's Attic" space, even though it's only a few feet high. Keep that in mind when comparing pricing. We've used Penske three times now for three-day long-hauls (interstate/cross county) and will use for any future move, too.”
