I not sure if the driver that covers my router isn't allowed to get of the car or what but every time I have a package requiring signature I'm just left with the sorry we miss you card, even though I was at home. One time we were outside in the yard and the driver just stop at the mail box and left the we miss you card and didn't even bother to honk so we can approach him/her for the package. Every package that needs signature has never been delivered in my address š”

Ms. Tiffany is absolutely great. I've had logistical issues with a PO box change for my business and she has been instrumental to make sure our business operations have been smooth. She's always so kind, friendly, and efficient. I really appreciate everything she has done and continues to do for all of us.

I understand the frustration with USPS as a government entity. But the Bastrop location is great. The staff is super helpful, professional and patient. Itās genuinely a pleasant experience to visit here.

Talk about a waste of time. First they gave me the national number and I wasted almost an hour on the phone bank and then I got the real local number and now they won't answer the phone. Now I'm going to actually go there and put them through the same crap I got put through.

Out of all the places Iāve lived in Tx, this post office is hands down the worst of them. Anytime itās even remotely not sunny or even the slightest bit of rain they refuse to deliver packages. Itās always some lame excuse or they just lie and say they delivered it. I donāt know if itās pure laziness, incompetence or some unwritten rule this place has. Last package they refused to deliver was absurdly small. How hard is it to walk 20ā to my covered porch and throw it on the ground like all the other carriers do? These people are a joke.

The front staff are nice people but overall efficiency stinks. It takes forever to get mail. It takes forever to have a package leave the Bastrop facility. Priority package mailed Monday just now getting to Hutto.

I want to specifically note this rating for Misty and Adriana at Bastrop USPS. They are who you want helping you with your very sensitive deliveries. I had a live animal shipment coming that got āmis-shippedā by a different Texas facility - not Bastropās fault. But when Adriana actually looked into the tracking information and noticed this, she immediately reached out to Misty to see if anything could be done or found out. She didnāt just brush it off and say theyāre not here. She cared. Misty tried to contact the other location for me and sent an email to them to try to at least provide water for the animals when her phone attempts failed, knowing their arrival was delayed. She helped more than once with updating on tracking information I could not see on my end. They did finally arrive and by miracle, alive - they called me immediately before the sun rose to tell me they were in and I could come get them. They understood time was very important at this point. Bastrop is fortunate to have these two at their office.Aside from this, our local delivery person comes as expected daily and everything I see that should reach us on my informed delivery is in my mail box as it should be.

2nd time since moving to Bastrop that they have re-keyed/put a new lock on my mailbox in my neighborhood without my requesting it. When I asked they said they hadn't re-keyed any boxes in the last week and maybe it was just stuck. No supervisor available to talk to and they said I just had to wait for someone to get back to me. Until then I don't get my mail.
