“We found interest in the Adelton subdivision. And submitted a request online and got lucky enough to be introduced to our sales rep Xochitl. She made the entire process smooth and easy. Great to work with amazing communication, and offered helpful tips and advice that you could tell the knowledge came from experience. If we had any questions she was honest and helpful. She went above and beyond. Can’t thank her enough for everything. She went out of her way many times to fix and correct any issues or concerns we had in the process. She treated us as we were friends and not just another sale. I truly believe anyone that gets the chance to buy/ build a home with her is going to be extremely satisfied. We are really happy and feel lucky she was our sales rep.”
