The young man that works the night shift is so sweet and efficient! Our humans card wouldn’t work for some reason and he was extremely patient and didn’t let us feel embarrassed. Give him a raise!

I asked the cashier for my receipt and was told she couldn’t do it. I hate being lied to. I’ve asked other cashiers in the past for my receipts and most of them know how. What I dislike the most is being lied to. If she didn’t know how to print the receipt she could have asked someone for help.

I transferred all my prescriptions from CVS in Elgin due to consistently not having common prescriptions. Walgreens' staff are amazing, courteous, always willing to help and go above and beyond. To me, it is worth the 16 mile drive. Thank you Walgreen staff!

This is the worst location to go to when it comes to getting ur medicine... literally the vechile in front of me got seen and when I pulled forward, they shut the pharmacy window.. they knew that I was waiting in line and they refused to help me... they have the worst customer service ever ...this location is closer to my house but now I kno y I don't hardly ever come here.. I will be better off just going into town then coming here..

This is the worst. The pharmacists and staff will not do anything to help(even when you are in severe pain with your dr on the phone). I had surgery on Friday and was supposed to get pain meds on my way home. Walgreens told me no script was ever called in here I sit on Tuesday looking for my anitbotics and pain meds and they would not even talk to my dr I left crying in pain and switched over to another pharmacy. They don't care about people!

The few times I’ve come in this store I feel like I’m being watched & followed from the very moment I walk through the doors. Today was no different. I’m pregnant & was craving something salty & sweet, so of course I wanted to browse until something spoke to my taste buds. Before I could make it past the register & into the store, the cashier & someone else was all over me. 10 seconds into the store & its “do you need help finding something” not even a minute later “what are you looking for?” A moment later “what can I help you with?” While following me from isle to isle, watching me while pretending to straighten up magazines & candy bars. Yet there was another white customer in the store browsing & they allowed him to shop in peace. I wanted to just put my items back & walk out. They treat people of color like shoplifters from the moment you step in the store. Today was the last day they get my business EVER.
