Wells Fargo, I had a hard time when I got my first car being in and out of the hospital with kidney afflictions. You guys gave me a loan and continued to work with me over and over. I love your company and you are amazing. Thank you for everything. If I were in a better place I’d shake your hand and tell you it was a pleasure taking out a loan from you. You guys do amazing business your workers are professionals over the phone. (Every one of them). Id gift you guys something because you work hard at what you do. God bless you Wells Fargo. I hope your business picks up. Also Wells Fargo heard my story about being in and out of the hospital and they gave me grace for the last payment because the car got totaled within the same year and I had to pay two car payments and kept going in and out of the hospital. It does show up on your credit so I don’t recommend it. But that was very kind of them.

Apparently they don’t have $9000 on hand to cash a check.
First it was hey we don’t have any $100s is that okay?
Then they said sorry we don’t have enough.
How does one of the largest banks in the world not have $9000 in cash?
Ridiculous. I guess one thing that is consistent is their bad reviews 😂

You have a 20 car line at your drive thru because your posted hours is a load of crap.

My boyfriend and I went here on July 16 and Jacey Zdansky was beyond wonderful! She seriously was so professional, personable, and incredibly helpful. I cannot stress enough how impressed we both were with her. Thank you so much, Jacey!

Great bank, if you only bank during business hours. ATM is never accepting cash deposits after hours or on the weekends. And of course, there's only the drive up atm, no walk up. This alone has me considering other banks.

I could understand once in a blue moon. But every other week? Really? Every time I come to this ATM I can’t deposit and I can’t withdraw.
This is ridiculous. If this is what is going to continue to happen then y'all need to open sooner and close later ! Adjust those banking hours.
This bank is going down hill. Whoever is managing this place seriously needs to be let go.
Here’s a tip: if yall keep running out of money in the atm, double the money that you are currently putting in there! … it’s common sense but I guess not so much.
Or make an extra trip throughout the week and do the atm twice a week ? yall should be checking these limits daily. Especially with the business hours yall have.
Update : June 17 , no cash deposits in the atm. Smh.

Worse branch I've been to. Consistently understaffed, people in the offices with line of sight to the cashiers just sit in their office and pretend they don't see the mile long line with only one cashier. One month later it's a totally different staff with the same attitudes. If you visit this branch, plan on being here for at least an hour to even just see the cashier. If you need to see a banker, do yourself a favor and drive to Austin. Worse branch buy the only one in bastrop.

I don’t get all the negative reviews. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I’ve only had good experiences here. Yes, the atm sometimes runs out of money. But the ATM can only hold so much cash.

This branch’s operation is for ever lacking. My most recent experience with this branch involves not having enough cash to cover a withdrawal over 3k on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday for a vehicle purchase I had on Saturday morning. In all fairness the teller did offered me a cashiers check which wouldn’t have gotten me anywhere with a cash sale and in turn lost out to a cash buyer. I keep coming to this branch because it’s the closest to Lockhart. :( time to move banks?

The reason it gets one star is because I can't give it zero. We got a flyer in the mail open a new account get a bonus, we tried to apply online, said they couldn't verify our ID; So took time off of work went in the next day then they said that I needed to bring my marriage certificate??? Keep in mind I've been married for 15 plus years my credit report has my correct name the IRS has my correct name Wells Fargo's credit card company has my correct name the federal government has my correct name but Wells Fargo feels they are above that and they needed to prove that I was married to have a hyphenated last name. I've opened six or more bank accounts in the last 15 years and never been asked this, it has to be one of the dumbest requests I've ever heard of when my ID is easily verifiable. This must be one of the million reasons why people hate Wells Fargo, and proof as to why they need to bribe people to open a bank account. Do not ever do business with this company.
