I went in here to get a withdrawal on my own money and that big girl Lynette was being all rude and incompetent with me. Do better hire people who understand and want to be at their jobs. This is not the first time this has happened with her. When I’m here she tries to make it personal about her personal issues and I’m just a customer I shouldn’t know about your personal life learn to put your personal and work aside and when she was trying to help me she just kept getting on her watch like whatever was happening on the watch was more important than her job.

Helpfull staff. Great rates and fees for ATMs when traveling internationally. Free checking, checks, and money-orders for seniors. I have been a customer for 15 plus years.

Great bank to open an account. Tellers are really friendly and they go above my needs. Manager Rene is really friendly and makes you feel really comfortable. I like that they speak Spanish.The only think I don’t think is profesional is that one of the girls is always on her smart watch and doesn’t pays attention to customers she is always sitting down I asked her what was her name was and she just reply by saying I’m the new assistant manager. Other than than I’m glad I bank with them I love going into the bank personally just for the tellers.

Lynette, Amanda, selene are amazing with their customer service I love banking here because they are so helpful and understanding there is only a few times I didn't receive assistance in a timely manner there is one girl always either on her phone or smart watch her name is Ashley I think she is fairly new to the scene but if she is the assistant manager then she should know to stay off her phone while customer's at needing help it's very rude and disrespectful in my opinion

I don't recommend opening an account with Woodforest in Bastrop bank.For my experience they don't answer the phone when you try to call.They don't call you back.I tried to take a photo of a check to put it in my account, instead of driving all the way there to do it, and that didn't work, when I tried to tell the cashier that, she act like she didn't care.I'm going to change banks very soon.Thanks for nothing Woodforest.

I would not recommend opening an account here. From my experience if you are not able to remember your pin to your debit card, the bank will not allow you to change the card pin. You have to pay $15 for a new debit card. This seems excessive.This bank is so for profit...I just wouldn’t recommend this bank at all ever. I have found myself being very frustrated and feeling like I was being discriminated against when making transactions.I felt like, Rene the branch manager could not tell me why I was not able to get cash back from a check deposit. After questioning several times about if they verified the check, he then approved the transaction.A lot of my frustrations and feels came from this experience.

The bank itself is fine but the Walmart location and the lack of updating hours online is frustrating because I don't live in town and had to go into town to check. I know y'all got other stuff to do than update online but come on, networking managers exist for a reason.

I've been banking with Woodforest for almost 5 years now and I only had one thing that upset me about them. Them not opening my savings account back up at the same offer as when I originally opened it. Other than that, they have a great set of employees that work there and help any way they can.
