Got the the part I needed for my truck, so thats good to go. This kid, I believe his little name tag said Angel, that kid right there needs a raise or something. Super polite and straight to the point. I don't see many people at parts stores that are that polite and nice anymore. Definitely will come again if I need another part!

Got parts for my car at a decent price. Worker was a little uneducated but over all it was a good experence. Wait was not to long and store was clean and organised. Manager was very knowlegable about all my questions and didnt try selling me anything I didnt need. Will be back if I need anything for my car.

Working here is a nightmare and the management will not only no train the staff properly but underpay and give them pitiful hours in which working there is not even sustainable. They do not provide uniforms and the only store in town sells them at 20$ making even the most desperate having to shell out of their own pocket. I would not shop or spend money there knowing the employees are treated rudely and without proper compensation for what they are supposed to do. Often a single new employee will be left alone at the front while the managers and senior workers hide in the back. Horrible business overall.

8/20/2023Nathan at the Bay City Auto Zone location provided great customer service. There was a woman working as well, but not helpful at all. She never attend to 4 of us customers and Nathan not only helped each of us he checked us out too. Thank you Nathan for the great service.
