i got the $45 pedicure and the guy who i’m not even sure has his nail license clipped my skin a total of 5 times causing me to bleed, then gave me the WORST “massage” i’ve ever had at a nail salon and that says a lot, filed my toenails all the way down to the skin after i told him repeatedly to stop, he gave me attitude. then when it came to the steamed rags he put it on and left it on for 10 whole seconds then took it off and said okay you’re done. when i went to pay i asked if i could at least have a discount because of everything that went wrong and she said “hmmm no sorry” so i asked for her boss or manager and she rolled her eyes and said she wasn’t there then continued to take a $10 tip out of the change she gave back but i didn’t realize till after i left because i was so mad and i was dripping blood off my sandals from my toes

With life being full speed, I enjoy coming to a quiet and peaceful place. The ladies are extremely kind and I just feel relieved and relaxed when I leave.

I asked for stiletto black and blood red ombre tips. Also told her my husband wanted cat claws. We picked out the red color ( she gave me 3 options... showed me the colors on a paper towel) of acrylic. She gave me what I thought was coffin shape but was later told by her it was ballerina. She did not use the red acrylic but instead air brushed over the black acrylic. This is not what I asked for. I told her such as I was leaving. She said she did it that way so it would look more natural. I informed her that I didn't want it to look natural, i wanted what I asked for. I still paid the $70 because hey, we all have mouths to feed and bills don't pay themselves. But I won't be revisiting.

I was a new client. Was not happy with nail and pedicure but it seemed to me they were only interested in how much they could charge me. You would think they would want me to return as a repeat. Won’t go back.

By far best salon and spa. During traveling I would wait til I come home to get my royal treatment. The ladies at this nail salon are sweet, kind and does a great job. You definitely get what you ask for Great Job to all the Ladies that work there!
The work speaks for itself, you get what you pay for!!!!

I went there for my pedicure and manicure they didn’t clean my feet well they didn’t clean any dead skin from my feet and when I told them that I didn’t like it they said pay extra for cleaning I paid $80 so I was expecting good service overall I don’t suggest that place to anyone horrible customer service and lady have bad attitude and rude.

i went in wanting something simple and got long dramatic lashes. i told her i didn’t like them and asked to try something different. she took them off then left the room. another lady came into the room and she says “ you didn’t like what she put on you, she’s done with you. I left. very rude and will not be going back.

I'm in town visiting and these lovely ladies saw me immediately. The pedicure I received was the volcano pedicure and it was divine! 10/10.
