“Every interaction I've had with the people that work at custom Auto refinishers has been pleasant. And that's doing work for them as well as having them do work for me in the past. Sometimes Google maps will prompt me to leave a review for somewhere that I've been recently, but it's not necessarily somewhere that I went to buy something or had work done. It's usually a place that I've been to fix a window, or put a shower in, or fix a mirror, or something, their storefront.... So sometimes I'll go ahead and leave a review if I had a really positive experience with the company and the people that I interact with based on that viewpoint. And it's not common that I do it. It's only when the interaction was something that was memorable to me good or bad. And I leave very few bad reviews because I know how important Google reviews are whenever people are searching for something. So just as much as I have to have a horrible experience working for somebody to leave a bad review, I have to have overly good experience working for someone to leave such a good review or a review at all. Because in the last case that I had to do some work for them, I had messed up and they had to wait an extra week to have their glass fixed and they were patient and understanding and that means a lot when you have a world out there that is so demanding nowadays.”
“I called and got an appointment to put a trailer hitch on my Grand Cherokee L 4x4 and was given an appointment. I was late due to not having my ride back home but went anyway. I was going to ask for a new appointment but they were so accommodating they put two mechanics on installing the hitch so that I wouldn't have to make another round trip from Matagorda to Bay City and back. Great customer service.”
