Their customer service is a joke. Spent hours trying to activate a phone for my mom. Still have not got this resolved. All their service is handled overseas and they are very hard to understand and communicate with. Still need activation but need to find time and patience to deal with them again. I would allow 3 hours minimum and a full battery if using a cel phone.

Do not go here. They do not honor their own phone insurance plans. They are even rude about this!Seven dollars a month for nothing!

Mike Spiller(The Owner) is about as nice a person as you can meet and do business with. He doesn't just own the place, he works just as hard(if not harder than any manager he's ever had)as those who work for him. Miss Helms is a great help and knowledgeable. She can get just about anything you need taken care of. Whether it's a phone issue, account issue, install issue, you name it she probably has an idea how to get it done.
