Candlewood Suites Bay City, an IHG Hotel, offers a comfortable and convenient stay for travelers. The rooms are described as comfortable and clean, with some areas in need of maintenance and updating. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some exceptions. The hotel is appreciated for its location and amenities, such as the in-room kitchens. However, there have been some issues with the advertised breakfast not being available as promised. Overall, the hotel provides a good value for the money, though some guests feel it could use some improvements to meet their expectations.
Great hotel room. Has everything you need. microwave, oven top, pots, utensils, fridge. only complain is tv is small. no breakfast, no pool. they have things you can “rent “ like blender, crockpot, dvd player. gym area is alright and they have free washer and dryers.
