Very disappointed with the management of bay city cricket...be warned..on 2 occasions my wife and I switched over to cricket and im assuming the manger there "bc of obvious reasons "I 99% sure she's the manger..sold us are phones and then started charging us without asking us for other services and didn't even realize till will asked if that was necessary..which it wasn't...so when we said we didn't want the extra service bc of fees and really didn't need it ,her demeanor changed and was rude the rest of the time of purchase and activation..the second time my mother went and asked for the promotion and didn't get it so she took it upon herself to charge her for insurance, which she didn't ask for or want ,much less even knew about till it was to late and I saw my mother's recite plus a charger box sceen protector and case ..which was all optional but didn't tell my mother..instead my mom thought it was still a promo and wasted a extra 100.00 plus dollars more than need be ..zero stars if I could ..wont go back with that kind of service..felt like a sly scam on a old lady ..

My wife's cell phone died today due to the end of 3g service. We got here right at closing and where help by Nancy R. Even though it was basically closing she greeted us and helped resolve our problems. I couldn't be happier. Thanks!
