Every interaction I've had with the people that work at custom Auto refinishers has been pleasant. And that's doing work for them as well as having them do work for me in the past. Sometimes Google maps will prompt me to leave a review for somewhere that I've been recently, but it's not necessarily somewhere that I went to buy something or had work done. It's usually a place that I've been to fix a window, or put a shower in, or fix a mirror, or something, their storefront.... So sometimes I'll go ahead and leave a review if I had a really positive experience with the company and the people that I interact with based on that viewpoint. And it's not common that I do it. It's only when the interaction was something that was memorable to me good or bad. And I leave very few bad reviews because I know how important Google reviews are whenever people are searching for something. So just as much as I have to have a horrible experience working for somebody to leave a bad review, I have to have overly good experience working for someone to leave such a good review or a review at all. Because in the last case that I had to do some work for them, I had messed up and they had to wait an extra week to have their glass fixed and they were patient and understanding and that means a lot when you have a world out there that is so demanding nowadays.

I've used Custom Auto Refinishers Inc. Since 2006 For all my my car issues and they are amazing they do the job very well car comes back lookin very new I would recommend them for any collision repair or minor issues Thanks yall Guys and Gals that work in the office or the hard labor Job well done all the time.

Every time I have come to Custom Auto Refinishers I have a very happy experience. Friendly staff, great customer service skills, skilled work, reasonable amount of time and cost is very reasonable! This is always my top pick. I trust the workers and they provide a 5 star service! Their the best!

i have had run ins with wild life and had to have my truck repaired three times. custom autos is the place to take your vehicle. the workers are great and friendly. they let you know exactly what they are having to do to your vehicle and if something come up they notify you. would recommend them to anyone. GREAT customer service.

Extremely unprofessional encounter. I had a door handle dislodge on my vehicle while being driven by my mother. My mother insisted that she be responsible for repairing. She was given an estimate of $136 to replace the door handle. After the repair, she was given a price of $166. When asked why the price changed, the response from Custom Auto Finishers was that prices change and the estimate is more of an average. The price change is more unfortunate rather than unprofessional. However, the unprofessional part comes when my mother asked for the original door handle. She was told that the part was thrown away and that she could dig through their trash if she wanted it. WHAT BUSINESS SUGGESTS THIS? You don't have the part anymore. That's fine. But don't suggest she dig in your trash to retrieve it. That's downright disrespectful. My family has been residents of Bay City, Tx for 39 years and I can guarantee you we will not return to or recommend business to Custom Auto Refinishers.
