Terrible terrible pharmacy. It's been over 8 days and I still have NOT got my medicine. They've "ORDERED" my medicine twice just to call to tell me it's been ordered. What ever happened to making the customers happy and doing your job????

ok experience only go here to use the atm... have great deals on candy had to wait about 3 minutes for someone to come to the register other than that experience was good

Staff was very friendly and helpful! They were very busy but more than willing to stop for customers. I Will be using CVS normally now for any of our prescriptions.

I went to drop off a package for ups there was nobody behind the counter had to go look for someone to help me. Found an associate and it seemed like a personal phone call. An to top it all of she had an attitude. On her name tag it said Val.

I stopped using this pharmacy a long time ago because they rarely have the full qty of medication prescribed, they are always having to order it. I just tried them again because we pay cash for our prescriptions and they happened to be the cheapest on this particular one and what do you know??? They have to order it! Won't be in until Tuesday (rcvd Rx on Thursday)! Can't transfer it because of the type of medication. Nobody mentioned this to us until I called the next day to see if it was ready.

My husband’s RX was electronically sent in by the doctor and we were told it was due to be ready at 6:06pm. We thought this was strange as we thought they close at 6pm, but surely the workers should know when they close! I call at 5:50pm to be put on hold and then the call disconnects. I call back and the dang pharmacy is closed! WTH?!

One person working. Got the text saying prescription was ready sit for over 20 mins waiting. Stood at front counter for 10 mins waiting and no one ever came so walked out. Lost my business

The staff is usually friendly, but they can sometimes be short and frazzled because they are severely understaffed at this location. There's always a crowd of irate customers, and it can take DAYS to get Rxs filled instead of hours. Unfortunately, I'm locked in to CVS by my insurance, but if you aren't, I highly suggest the HEB across the street.

My daughter's prescription was called in at 9:30a. I went up there at 5:00p (we live out of town) and they said they hadn't started on it. We went back the next day at noon and she said “let me throw it togetherâ€. I'm not pointing the finger at the pharmacy staff. They're always friendly and appear busy. I don't know what the issue is but waiting 26 hours for a prescription is ridiculous.

Worst customer service at pharmacy, always have at least a 30 min wait even ifmed is already and waiting on me!! I can't belive there's only one person working pharmacy on a Saturday, unacceptable, I won't be coming back!

Unfortunately, the pharmacy has such limited personnel and no management support. The wait to just pick up my prescription was over 40 minutes on November 29th in the evening. The employees seem to try their best, but are so short handed for the volume of customers.
