“I need internet service and have and use the hot spot on my phone and it's always worked great. I apparently reached my data availability and my internet signal slowed so much that I couldn't use it. I met with Matthew and that guy is great very friendly, and knew right what problem was and how to fix it. I had to upgrade the plan which didn't surprise me. I just needed fixed so I could complete some work over the weekend. It was $1 added to my plan a month and he didn't try to up sell me on anything just fixed my problem. It took maybe 30 minutes. It works great now.”
