Enterprise is the worst. I reserved a vehicle, was notified less than 24 hours in advanced that I would not have a car. I live in a small town (BayCity, Texas) where this is the ONLY car rental service. This put me in a horrible position. There was a death in my family and the rental was to be used to drive to Houston Hobby Airport to pick up my sister. On top of dealing with death, I had to be stressed with trying to figure out how I was going to pick my sister up. So what’s the need to reserve a vehicle if you’re not gonna have one. It was my first and last time dealing with Enterprise and any company affiliated with Enterprise. You guys suck big time.

I usually use Enterprise when I rent a car because of the good customer service but Ms. Alicia and Stefan (young man who picked us up) were exceptionally professional and friendly!

I reserved an SUV a month ago. Get to the store to pick it up, only 1 vehicle is available. Some tiny little car with no room for even 1 suitcase. What good does it do to reserve a vehicle? I am so disappointed. I'm supposed to ve visiting kids and grandkids this weekend. Now what Enterprise? I've had many other good experiences with them, but I'm now at about 4 good, 3 bad where I've walked away disappointed. Not a good average for a business. And you now see which experience is getting the online review. The poor lady working the counter isn't to blame. It's poor management, and the same person manages wharton too, so beware.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've tried to rent a car thru here in the past and it was a headache but seeing as it's been a few years thought I'd give them another try since we are local and it's amazing how this place is in business. They never have cars, they can never give you an exact estimate when asking when they will have a car available and it's just mind blowing that as a car rental property they never have anything. Even with a reservation! Took our business to hertz in pearland and I recommend anyone looking for a rental in a timely manner to do the same!

Worthless. Called to reserve a truck so I could do my job and they said they had one. I get down there and they tell me they don't have it but have a mid size truck out front and I said ok I'll take it. We go out there and the lady scans it and tells me she can't rent it to me because it need an oil change. Totol waste of my time. If you need a rental DO NOT COME TO ENTERPRISE RENTAL IN BAY CITY!!!!!!

Okay place.. battery key to vehicle they have me was going out couldn’t start vehicle and had to go get it replaced within first week

I tried to rent a car here once. I just wanted a one day rental while my vehicle was in the shop but was told I'd have to take the vehicle for a week. The person who answered to the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. I'd say take your busines elsewhere but they seem to have a monopoly in Bay City. I see the owner asks you to email him with more details when you write a negative review but I don't have any additional information to provide.

Tried to rent a car and they wouldn’t expect my debit card bc my liscense hasn’t been changed then they would only run my credit card once and then they wanted to upcharge me for a different vehicle bc THEY didn’t have any cards will never try to rent here again

Don't bother making a reservation with Bay City Enterprise. Even with reservation number and everything set up by the insurance, they didn’t have it ready or Even care about reservation #, even when it set up days in advance.Really should do better especially when u have reservation at certain time to make sure you have car there cause otherwise reservation is pointless.
