I like shopping at HEB, they usually have good deaps and good workers. The problem I had today was the lady at the self checkout was so rude. If you just look at her she looks like she is having a bad day everyday. She seems like she hates her job so badly that she wants to make everyone else miserable. I do not use the regular checkouts cause they take to long but this lady will make me start shopping at wal mart. I feel bad for her and I will he reporting her to managment. I will get her name when I go back.

Please put in chairs or benches by the pharmacy!!! I told them the urgency of the antibiotics for my wife and the medication came prepackaged but she said I'd still have to wait my turn...fine but an hour wait for a senior citizen with knee issues without seating accommodations just isn't right!
