Bay City HEB pharmacy is activity conducting bad business. I called to have my prescription filled and was told by the pharmacy clerk, Liz, that the pharmacy manager, Candice, would get mad if my prescription was filled because she had already told other customers that they would have the prescription even though the other customers prescriptions weren’t due to be filled at this time.
So, I was refused to have my prescription filled, even though HEB had it in stock, based on the “off chance” another customer wanted theirs filled, even though no one else had a validated prescription. One wonders if pharmacy workers, Liz and Candace, are holding prescriptions for their own benefit?

Good place to shop for groceries but to list a few issues for me is no meat market. You can buy meat prepackaged but not fresh cut meat at the Texas City store. They have a low selection. Why I'm not sure but it's a store that has more of the poor to middle class items. You can find MD2020 in Texas City but not the nicer League City store. They place products for the demographics of areas.
