Staff was very friendly and helpful when dealing with dad's wrecked car. They just don't have weekends hours, making a trip from Houston painful to complete during the work week.

Worst company ever. Made an appointment for a tow and they just didn't show up, didn't even have the decency to call or anything. Rude people. Avoid at any cost! Unreliable! Sorry, there is no option to leave 0 ✨, which they would deserve.

In the wake of a collision with a deer on highway 457, I found myself in need of a tow for my vehicle.
Jackson Services provided timely professional communication, service and support for my needs. The charge for their services was reasonable.
The operator was professional, and did an exceptional job without causing any further damage or delays.
I have Jackson Services saved in my phone should I ever find myself in need of their services. Jackson doesn’t set the bar for wrecker and tow service in Bay City. They are the bar.

I don’t know how old (not that it matters) but whoever is in charge so happens to have a bad knee on cold days. Sir I hope your business goes under the ground cause that’s what we call lazy. Let someone who wants to work late nights do it or just don’t be open till midnight.

Hired Jackson services to unload a machine from a trailer at a jobsite. They were professional, fair cost and fast to get the job done! Only took about an hour from the time I called. Excellent customer services! Highly recommend.
