Be careful, watch out for all the hidden charges. Especially the "Theft Protection Etching ", what a crock...They charge $899 for this, where's the etching? No one showed me. This is a scam to inflate the selling price. Tell them you won't pay it!!Then they tell cash buyers, you have to finance the difference of your trade in order to get their quoted price. They ask for you to make a least three payments before you pay off the loan, this so they get there financing kickback. Nothing contractually binding you to this. I will pay it off with my first payment, and suggest that you do the same.

I was sold a flooded vehicle. Choose a different dealship. Chris was very unhelpful. When I called to request the history of the vehicle he hung up on me. this establishment deserves negative star.

Anthony smith was our sales man, from the start I knew we were going to get a good deal done because of his honesty and friendliness. The manager Randy was very great as well, upfront and got everything done in a very timely manner! We will be back for sure!

I originally contacted the dealership about a specific pre-owned vehicle I saw after performing a Google search for that specific model, and David Zach quickly got back me via phone call, and he followed up with a txt msg link to that vehicle’s profile on their website.We did not arrive before David had to leave for the day, but he put me in touch with his sales partner, James Dunn, who communicated with me very well until I arrived from out of town.My wife loved the vehicle, and we quickly breezed through all the trade-in and sales and financing paperwork at my request because my children were about to staple their heads to the carpet. It was the fastest and easiest car-buying experience in my life. Danny Diaz, the finance manager, also played a key role in getting us out the door before I lassoed my kids.They couldn’t get the vehicle detailed in time since we just came to “look” at it toward the end of the day, but James assured me that they would schedule a free detailing with us at another time, and we plan to make good on his promise this Saturday when we’ll be back in the area.They’ll treat you well at Reliance.

Typical game you play at any dealership with a twist. They give you 10k off the price of the vehicle or give you 10k better on the trade at an elevated price on the deal. 72k for a 1/2 truck. No 4x4 and my vehicle was cherry and their offer on my trade was below blue book value, like 3-4K off blue book. When I questioned this out of the corner of my eye the sales manager signaled to my salesman to cut it off. I turned to walk out the door as the sales manager yelled and stated, "the problem is you paid ($@&%!) for your car". Basically telling me I paid too much for my car which I guess in his mind I should pay too much for his. Very rude of him to speak to me in that tone of voice. Now that I've seen their true colors I'm glad I did not buy a vehicle from them. My advice is go to a larger dealership and stay away from this one. Just check out the customer ratings.
